The sound of this video isn't loud but if you could focus in the first few seconds you will hear it, he acts fine so far just noticed his breathing at night. The vet gave me a drug called Enrofloxacin to put it in their water, is i'm doing the right thing?

I'm not familiar with peas, but enrofloxacin is as powerful an antibiotic as there is for chickens, and the equivalent of Baytril. It could be a clicking sound, but try posting on the pea thread also for more people to help you. Okay, see you have done that.

Not really sure what do you mean by clicking sound, but I'm sure this sound came from his breathing.

By the way, its so hot here even during night, so its normal for them to gasp for air like this, but this sound isn't normal.

Are Enrofloxacin and Baytril the same thing?
They are the same. Problem with the drug is that it's quite bitter, so often birds will not drink water medicated with it. Did your vet say why he wanted you to put it in the water instead of giving it orally? Other problem with putting it in water is that it could bind with the calcium in the water, I think, but don't quote me on that.

No speakers on my PC, so I can't listen to the video. Can you email the video to me?

Edited to add:
Then I can listen to it on my phone.
