weird swollen cyst on chick I just hatched..

Size of a dime. Looks very swollen. Cant take photo. Still wet from hatching in inc.. It hatched normal but after it came all the way out.. i noticed a big swollen bump above its wing on back area.. Any ideas what this may be or advice???

It says to wait until it dries and/or a day to put im brooder. It looked like a hemangioma(i assume chickens dont get these) the size of maybe a little naller than a peanut m & m...air bubble i think i read it maybe??
