Weird talons

There are these lumps on the ends of my hens talons. I've read extensively about bumblefoot and it doesn't seem to be the issue. And it's not contagious and all the hens have them. It looks like mud has accumulated on them. Ideas??? They are eating and drinking and laying well. WEIRD
 
:welcome Can you post a picture? Sounds like fecal or mud build up on their toenails.
That's exactly what it looks like! What to do?

I've never seen this. I use hemp shavings for bedding so it stays pretty dry but a couple of weeks ago we had monsoons and it was days before I could clean the coop good.

Yep, muck balls.
You could soak them off or just let it wear off, as they scratch the lumps should flake off eventually.
Yes! I just saw mud ball toes! I've had chickens for over 10 years and just experienced this!
