Weird tiny egg with shell inside normal egg?

Not my picture but one guy found tiny egg inside normal boiled egg. Never saw this? What would cause this and anyone ever had this happen?

Did they cut open this tiny 'egg'?
Was it hard shelled with a yolk and whites inside?

A shelled egg can 'back up' in the system and get encapsulated inside another shelled egg.
