This little guy is about a week old and over the last couple of days I noticed his/her toes are a bit funny. He's one of my youngest two from this clutch. Is this going to be a problem for him?

Nothing weird about it, it has curled toes. It is too old now to try and straighten them out. Toe straightening should be done the 1st couple of days after hatching.

It isn't that severe and it will most likely not have any problems walking, running or mating, if it is a male.

Update:

The little guy always had a little limp and it's become a lot more pronounced lately, with one leg often going off at a funny angle. He's also one of my two runts and gets trampled a lot. We cleaned up his feet as he had some stuff stuck under his nails, and that helped a little, but is there anything more we should do for him? Is there a way to isolate him from the bigger chicks but still keep him in the same brooder? He'll be 2 weeks old on Thursday while most of the others turned 2 weeks old today (Monday).

I hate to say this, but it may not make it. If it's getting worse rather than better, you can keep it in a separate brooder with one or two other chicks (as a pet), or cull. In either case, you don't want to breed this one.
Thanks for the advice. 😩 Poor little guy.
