Weird tongue colour

I have a 1 year old Muscovy drake and I noticed it’s tongue turning white? Is that concerning or nothing to worry about?

I'm not sure what that is. Does the roof of the mouth have the same discoloration?

How is your duck? I couldn't find anything like that other than possible thrush and a lot of recipes for duck tongue (barf).
