That sounds like a bot fly larvae. Was it shaped like these?

Can you post pictures of the tumors cut open?

It had a really bad smell, so directly after cutting her and seeing what's inside I buried her.

It was 10 cm long but had a big bottom actually.

Thank you all for your kind words.
I actually cut throught them and some extremely bad smell got out of it. There were a lot of hellow stuff and a 10 cm worm like thing of white color was in there.
I also realized that the black spot on the tumor was more like a penetration. I don't have any idea of what happened to her. I've never seen something like that before.

I didn't take any picture becsuse I was in a hurry and I needed to bury her because of the smell.
Yeah and with all the yellow stuff it might be an infection.

I would aggre with eggcessive that it looks like the work of a "flesh fly"
They go by different names.

Oestroidea is a superfamily of Calyptratae including the blow flies, bot flies, flesh flies

Your poor turken with her exposed skin probably was bitten by a fly or mosquiteo that was a carrier of the egg.
Sorry about your hen. Watch your other birds and your family also, while reading about these i see humans can be hosts also if bitten.
