Weird walking duck

Is it normal for a duck to really really waddle? Ok so i know I have a duck that isn't exactly normal. I have 1 out of 30 that walks different. She acts like a cartoon character. Her legs are under her, she isn't bigger or smaller than the rest, she isn't slower than the others, often is one of the lead ducks. She doesn't have limited movement. Her feet look good. We've had them since 2 days after hatch. Feed has been non medicated chicken starter and all flock feed mixed with brewers yeast, and scratch grains and free pasture. . Has been doing it for at least a month, i'm not sure if it suddenly started one day. Hatch date may 6, so almost 9 weeks old. One of the ducks had an injured feather that pulled out gross when i touched it. Its my best guess that its this duck and that may have been when it started? that was early june/ late may However with all my research I can't find anything. Part of me thinks its neurological, however she isn't uncoordinated, she doesn't trip and fall too much more than the others. She seems happy and healthy but a bit off,

I found out the problem!!!! She matured early and was first to flirt! Head bobs chasing drake. Walks just fine if she doesn't have a cutie by her. They all flirt and head bob around now.
