weird white flakes in poop

Does anyone know what is in my chicken's poop? I'm not sure which of my girls it belongs to - but I also have a hen who stopped laying. Perhaps it's hers...

This thread is several months old. Did you need help with a sick bird? If so, can you start a thread and give us details with symptoms and post some photos.
