Sick chicken 2 years old. Empty crop, purple comb, laying down a lot, not eating or drinking. Poop is more yellow than green now. Have been giving her electrolytes, poultry cell, and b-12 by syringe and she is alone inside where it’s warm 3 days now. She sounds kind of wheezy when she talks so I put some vet rx on her beak. No other chickens are sick. I have Corrid and ivermectin (the horse one) on hand. Not sure what to do. Wont eat scrambled egg.

You can try to offer some wet feed as a mash? If she won't eat on her own, you can make small balls out of wet feed and force feed her by putting it in her mouth.

The green in her poop indicates insufficient nourishment. You can also offer some tuna or boiled chicken breast.

When was the last time she laid an egg? What does her belly feel like - the area between her legs. Does she feel like she has an egg? Is her belly hard, pliable, or swollen like a water balloon? You may need to feel the belly of other chickens to know how a normal healthy one feels like.

Does she have any bubbles in her eyes or discharge from her nose? Does she have any sores in her mouth?

Have you introduced new birds to the flock recently?

No new bird

No new birds, her belly feels empty and soft, no bubbles from eyes or nose. She hasn’t laid for a while since I treated her for worms months ago but she was healthy a while ago. She had bumblefoot a year ago but those have healed after I took care of them.

How is she today? Still not eating or drinking on her own and lethargic? You mentioned wheezing when she talks but is she coughing? Difficulty breathing?

Have you checked her for mites and lice? Look under her wings and around her vent.

I'm soliciting help from an expert who can help

Is she coughing/sneezing, or just voice sounds raspy when she talks?
Have you looked inside her beak and throat for anything obvious, any plaques or lesions in there?
The green is likely bile, from not eating, the yellow could indicate infection or liver or kidney issues. Did she molt this year, and do you remember exactly when she stopped laying?
How is her weight/body condition? Is the keel bone well muscled, or is the bone very prominent?
