Sick chicken 2 years old. Empty crop, purple comb, laying down a lot, not eating or drinking. Poop is more yellow than green now. Have been giving her electrolytes, poultry cell, and b-12 by syringe and she is alone inside where it’s warm 3 days now. She sounds kind of wheezy when she talks so I put some vet rx on her beak. No other chickens are sick. I have Corrid and ivermectin (the horse one) on hand. Not sure what to do. Wont eat scrambled egg.

You can try to offer some wet feed as a mash? If she won't eat on her own, you can make small balls out of wet feed and force feed her by putting it in her mouth.

The green in her poop indicates insufficient nourishment. You can also offer some tuna or boiled chicken breast.

When was the last time she laid an egg? What does her belly feel like - the area between her legs. Does she feel like she has an egg? Is her belly hard, pliable, or swollen like a water balloon? You may need to feel the belly of other chickens to know how a normal healthy one feels like.

Does she have any bubbles in her eyes or discharge from her nose? Does she have any sores in her mouth?

Have you introduced new birds to the flock recently?
