Weird wing on muscovy duckling

I have this full 7 week old duckling drake and a few weeks ago I noticed he wasn't lifting a certain wing when he stretched. I thought it was because he got picked on by one of my other hens but now I'm not sure. Today I decided to pick him up and get a close look and the wing looks so weird. I've never seen something like this and I was wondering if anyone could give me some answers of what's wrong with my little guy.

Thank you! I just want to make sure there's a way to either help him or make sure it won't hurt him later on in life.

Sorry it took awhile to get back my power was out, but here are more photos of my muscovy. So on the wing I'm concerned about the feathers have looked even more weird.

This is the normal wing

And this is the weird one,when I'm holding him he can't extend it very much, it also doesn't extend when he stretches.
