Weird Wing on My 10 Day Old Chick

This is just the last two days or so. I am not aware of any injury. But it is in with other chickies and it is the smallest, so something could have happened. Do I need to be concerned? Is there something I should be doing? The arrow is pointing to the wing that sticks out from the side a little. This is a very sweet and also spunky little thing. I'd sure hate for it to have a permanent issue.

My guess is those newer feathers are a bit heavier than it's used to so it can't quite pull it up. It should straighten out as it grows. Make sure you are feeding a fresh good quality starter.

THANK YOU! Yes, I am feeding a great organic starter. I supplemented with vitamins, electrolytes and lacto bacillus for the first week also.
