For 3 days, we've quarantined our Sexlink hen. Droopy, grey-maroon comb, looks dark around her face. Not moving well, puts her right wing out. Yesterday, she would stick her right leg out behind her. Eating well, but decreasing today, eating for short bursts. Just now, I hear a very faint rasp on exhale.

What's going on? How can we help her? We did give her ivermectin drops as a dewormer, because first day I saw worms ...

Poor thing, she's not looking too well.
Those little lumps look like lash material which is Salpingitis an inflammation of the oviduct.
You can try administering an antibiotic to see if that helps fight the infection. Sadly, I would fear that she has more material that needs to be expelled or is blocking the oviduct.

I agree with @Wyorp Rock . It looks like lash material, and she looks like she feels pretty unwell. Baytril (enrofloxacin) is often recommended if you want to try to treat. With salpingitis it is often very advanced by the time symptoms are recognized, and it often does not respond well to treatment at that point.
