okay I know my Rooster is spoiled but is hiding under blankets and pillows a normal behavior for a roosters? Do they burrow in their coops or free range?

How old is it?

If it is still young, then yes. They love to cuddle when they are little! They think the pillow is their mama.

It's probably just a cuddlebug. Is it a silkie?(not vital information, just curious.)

Yes he’s a Silkie, he’s in his outside coop all day when I’m working. I let him out & he runs the yard til dark then comes in jumps on the couch til I put him in his little inside coop. Yes I spoiled him

I've seen chicks burrow under each other, shavings, Mama hen. I've seen 14 week olds try burrowing under a hen. So it isn't too far out the range of normal.

As long as he is in the house - why not? I hope he isn't messing in the house though.
