That's awful! I don't think the eggs he put there would of hatched anyway if they were reptile eggs. I don't know about other reptiles but with alligator eggs you can't turn them after a couple days or the embryo will drown. After a couple days they attach to one side of the egg so if it gets turned (like the duck would do) they drown in the fluid in the egg.

FWC would be a good place to start and report his actions. I am sure there is something on the books about what he did.

they werent realligators ive seen some in another pond that mysteriosly got their( probably from his doing......

) but thats what i thought too! wouldnt it take awhile for the eggs to hatch?? they were lizard things

? but this guys is stupid thinking a duck would sit and hatch them and i bet he would come back and probably sell them or something like that or make that well what ever those things are over populate or somethin creepy right and sad..... R.I.P. ducky eggs that were lost......

and ill try and report him but i dont want to talk to that creep hes probably a meloster or something hes scary im only 12! scary...... oh yha but i did manage to save two of the eggs from the watre

heres what you do go to the fish and game warden and tell them about it tell him what the guy looked like and what you saw inside the eggs. Then you ask him if he could wait out there possibly. That is what i would do.

you can get in a lot of trouble carrying a knife all the time, mase might be a better idea.

Oh my gosh.. if you are only 12 Do NOT talk to him. Jacksonville is not the safest city anymore... for people (girls especially) of any age.​
