Weirdly shaped egg

My leghorn hen just layers a very odd shape of an egg.Im worried does anybody know what could cause this

Mix of layer pellets meal worms corn black sunflower seeds and diatomaceous earth(not everyday for the diatomaceous)

I'd stop all the treats and feed her ONLY the layer feed.
Sounds like she isn't getting a balanced diet which can be a problem/cause this.

I thought it was a dewormer so I only use it like twice a year

No it is not.

Do you think your birds could have a heavy worm infestation?
Worms can actually cause this problem too.

I don’t think so the rest of the flock lays healthy strong eggs
