Well, heres there first time free ranging

They all are around 1 yr old.

Dad has been death on me to not let them out, but i did anyway

Maybe now that he sees that nothing negative happened, he'll let you do it agaiin? If you stay on top of watching them when they are out, and getting them back in, it might just become a regular activity!

How hard was it to get them back in? My chickens have been in a coop with a run for a few weeks now (they are 9 weeks old). When do you think I could let them out to stretch their legs?

well for me the only thing i have to do is walk behind them and they just "waddle" to and into there coop. as being yours is 9 weeks old might be a tad tougher, a little more spunky as you can say, but should be to hard
