    A mild dove is the closest thing I can think of... I like it, my bride likes it and won't eat deer... Bill

    It tastes a lot like dove to me too, and it tastes a little bit like pheasant depending on who you ask...

    Not one person has said "Tastes like chicken!"

    haha they kind of do but remind me more of dove also. And I don't like deer either. Or most "wild" meat. Except squirrel. But that's only because I freakin' hate squirrels.

    Not bad. Easy to dry out if you cook to hot or too long.
