Well, as of this AM, just one chick.

Had to help the little guy out. He seemed to have dried out a bit and was stuck to the membrane. I used a damp, warm paper towel to help him out. He still needs to be cleaned up a little but I was hesitant to get him too wet. I figure, when he's a little stronger, I'll get some warm water and a Q-Tip and try to clean him up some more. Here are a few pics.

This whole project was a lot more challenging than I first thought. Amazing how this one little chick makes all the disappointment disappear!!
