Supposed to be here at 3 (guaranteed express) and they are no where to be found. Has anyone experienced this prior? The hatchery is only 5 hours from my house, you'd think they'd show up. USPS is really quite useless too. Why do they have a guarantee if they have no financial responsibility.

Why not try calling them to verify the order....maybe they got sent to the wrong address....you should ask them.

Oh, I've called 3 different post office's, Meyer's, and every other number I can think of. It still says they are in Detroit but haven't moved since 5:44. So, they have gone to 3 different sorting facility's and i have heard nothing else and can't find additional information.

That's 20 minutes from now :-0 Kalamazoo said that it could show up late at night. Will they do ok if enroute for more than 24 hours? Gosh, it's no reason that USPS is doing so poorly, I knew this would be difficult and I never use USPS any longer for shipping packages that are urgent. I only rely on UPS or Fed Ex. Plus, the tracking system just stresses me out LOL

they should be ok for the ride if it takes that long just have to destress them when they get there and i hate usps. but i guess its not up to us who they use to ship stuff. good luck and keep us posted

Yes, they will replace but it saddens me. And it's 5:30 and no more trucks are coming from Detroit (where they have been since 5:44 AM). I am not sure what I will do. I don't want to go thru this again, it's stressed me out. I didn't sleep last night worried about dealing with USPS because I always seem to have problems with them.

Has anyone ordered from Townline? It looks like you can only buy 25 and I just want 12. So not sure if they are an option. They are an hour from here and I would gladly make the drive.

My order two weeks ago got lost in the mail. Poor things were a mess and one died in box but all are doing very well now. Hope you get them tomorrow!

I am really close to Mt. Healthy hatchery and on their website it has a minimum order of 15 but if you drive to pick up you can buy as few as 6. It might be worth the phone call to them to find out. And maybe if you explain your predicament they'll take pity on you and make an exception.
