My son was out with the girls free ranging for a few hours. The two leg horns got a dust bath and afterwards their tails seem to be lowered. They usually are annoyingly active
but once he put them back into their run they wander and then lay down, again with the tails dropping. One more so than the other. Our RIR is completely nonplussed. I plan to check their vents and for lice/mites or foot injuries, but it just was so sudden...any ideas? Oh and yes, we did change their food the other day as TSC was out of their normal feed and one gal ain't too happy about it.
