We have just hatched out 2 silkie chicks in the incubator... which are the cutes things ever

I got 6 1 day old runner ducks, 4 months ago, and 4 turned out to be male... so a man I knew had one male and in return gave me 7 chamois polish eggs, 2 silver laced polish eggs and 3 silkie eggs, and a polish chick, which is about 3 days old

Rather good swap if you ask me

My partner came home from work and found them waiting for him.. I was worried I may be in trouble but he was rather pleased... so we are at it again, and in 21 days should have more chicks

Just candled the eggs, we are on day 6 and all have little chicks in yey... im so excited
