Welp Hatchery?

Thinking of getting some D'Uccles from Welp Hatchery, Are they any good?, Do they deliver Chicks well?

it's the mail that delivers the chicks, once the chicks leave, it's out of the hatchery's hands.
I've heard good things of Welp.

My box was packaged poorly and had a high loss rate from that as well as a sudden cold snap.

The ones that made it were pretty nice though.

My only beef with them is the order minimums -- because I don't necessarily want 25 chicks at a time or 5 of the same breed.

Bantams are 30, not 25. So yeah, high minimums

That's true. I like when it's easy to figure that out and not a price per bird for shipping

I think that I would only order from them again if I were buying an unusual breed that I could easily sell off extra chicks or splitting an order with someone else.
