Welsh harlequin duckling very weak

I received 6 WH ducklings from Metzer farms last Wednesday, today they are a week old. This evening one of the females has become very weak and lethargic. She is breathing very heavy and can barley hold her head up. The others seem fine. Please advise.

She may have a respiratory infection and needs help right away.

Do they have a way to wash their heads frequently?

I would make a cup of oregano tea - a teaspoon dried oregano in 8 ounces of hot water. Pour that into 2 cups of cold water (it should be lukewarm at that point) and give that to her to drink.

Oregano is being used by more poultry farms to help prevent infections - so it may have a mild positive effect, and I would get her to a vet a.s.a.p. if at all possible.
