Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.

I just bought some WH ducks and I was just wondering what there house should look like and how much room they should have, right now I have my two duckings in a huge plastic tub. They are getting bigger and I have started on a house for them but I need opinions on how big it should be and how much room they need to run. Thanks!
