Welsh harlequins?

I was told when I bought these eggs that they were welsh harlequins. What are your thoughts? Are they males or females?

The one on the right appears to be Welsh Harlequin drake. The one on the left is a mix. Possibly it is half harlequin. It also appears to be a drake.
