Welsummer boy or girl?

Hi, I have a Welsummer (I think) now approximately 22 weeks old, but she is looking more like a he. No crowing. Yet. Can anyone help me identify him/her? Thank you so much

Not a Welsummer, but it is a cockerel. Very likely a cross bred of some sort.

I’m from the Uk. I’ve been trying to contact the breeder - unsuccessfully. I’ll keep trying. I would love to keep him but I don’t think my neighbors would love me to!
