Welsummer chick question - leg color & feathering on legs?

I bought them from a BYC seller. I guess I'll contact them, I didn't want to if it was a normal variation. They did come out of dark, typical welsummer eggs, but I hope (if they are pullets) that they can lay dark!

Very interesting. i was about to post something about the leg feathering i saw in one of my three hatchery stock 2 month old welsummers, but decided to search instead. glad I did.





heres pics of the other two welsummers legs... and a body shot of one of them. perfectly normal!!
