Welsummer chicks...pullets?

Just got these two from a feed store. Both were sexed at the hatchery and should be pullets (80% accuracy). I'm a bit suspicious about the lighter one. Is it a cockeral?

I'm wondering if its even a Speckled Sussex. Color is really light.

It's also has alot of feathering. Making me think it's more likely a pullet. The very first set of chicks I had I thought one was a cockeral (not feathering out as fast, different color). They were all pullets. Could the darker one be a few days younger?

Googled Speckled Sussex...it does look like one. She has alot of white on her feathers. I've always wanted a Sussex.
