I vote Roo. I have Welsummers that are just a few weeks older and they have nowhere near the amount of comb/wattles.

We got he or she from hatchery, took chick back to hatchery to determine gender do to the fact there is an ordinance against having roosters. Hatchery said wait a few more weeks, don't want to get rid of chicken if it is a hen..

100% rooster. Welsummer females are a brown and orangish color. Males exhibit coloring just like yours. Additionally, yours has a very red, very large comb for only being 13 weeks old. There is no question that this bird is a rooster.

They look like hatchery quality Barnevelder pullets

The bottom 2 are females but they do not look like Welsummers - the bottom one looks kind of like a Barnevelder. The top one is definitely a Roo.
