100% rooster. Welsummer females are a brown and orangish color. Males exhibit coloring just like yours. Additionally, yours has a very red, very large comb for only being 13 weeks old. There is no question that this bird is a rooster.

I'm not sure what the bottom two are. They might be hatchery-quality Barnavelders, and I believe that both are pullets.
