Welsummer or Easter Egger?

I picked up a few chicks in Tractor Supply a few days ago. They are all supposed to be pullets. The big one was thrown in for free as she(or he) was left from the week before. So about 2 1/2 weeks old. Is this a welsummer or an easter egger?

He has some thick legs...doesn't look like an EE but may be a male Wellie.

Omg! Another roo! That's 7 this year! The sales person said female austrolorp. Haha. Oh well, if he is a roo he will be beautiful.
Fyi, Kiskis this is your fault. I was going to get pullets but you said I might bring home disease so I brought home babies again. So you see how this is your fault and you must take my little roo, right?

Hopefully I am wrong and he is a girl but those legs and that comb...I'd bet money it's a boy.
