Welsummer or golden Phoenix? Please help

Her is what I think is a welsummer but I saw pics of golden phoenix hens and now I am wondering. What do you think?

Definately Welsummer because Phoenix pullets have a little longer tail

I can't find where she came from. We got our chicks through TSC which was from MMH which does not carry welsummers!
