Welsummer or Partridge Rock?

I thought I had ordered Welsummers, but this pullet doesn't quite look like the others. What do you all think?

Not a Welsummer, that's for sure. The closest thing I can say is a New Hampshire, but does she have white earlobes? if she's laying, what color eggs? She really looks like a mixed breed bird, but if you ordered from a hatchery she shouldn't be. She could be a slow maturing meat bird like a Dixie Rainbow, something like that.

She looks to me like a Columbian Blacktail hen.

You see she has penciling all over, no salmon on the breast.

ETA: My vote is on the Welsummer, but I'm often wrong about these things. If it was a hatchery order, you could be seeing some variation.

If it's a Welsummer, it's poor quality even for a hatchery.
