We have some Welsummers and absolutely love them!! We are looking for a few more because we love their eggs and lay really well! We are willing to pay $15 for a laying hen. We would even take a younger pullets if they are about to lay. We live in NC and would prefer finding some in NC, but will probably go to a neighboring state depending on how far it is.
