Okay thanks, the person we're getting him from says he's really friendly so that's a good thing. I don't want a mean roo. I rather would raise my own rooster but I don't think we're ready to set up a broader just yet because we still need to fully get settled in from moving here.

You and he may be just fine then.....
A lot has to do with the keepers behaviors more than the breed, IMO.
Hopefully he was 'raised right'.
 
I got him! He's a beauty he's pretty calm too.
