one of the Welsummers have green legs. I have a few easter eggers and I do not think they look like that at all.

Let me ask you this.. is it more likely they're barnyard mixes or more likely they're a pure breed the seller didn't know they have? These obviously aren't RIR or barred Rock so that leaves "Ameraucana" as the most likely thing they were meant to be. As you've noticed, they are short on EE traits so it might be a couple generations of mixing that's happened.
