Welsummers egg color?

I was thinking o adding a Welsummer to my flock but was unsure what people are seeing for egg color from their hens. Thanks!

I have two and they lay dark brown eggs, but not the deep chocolate color I had hoped for.

mine just hatched - but of the 10 eggs I had 3 were pretty dark the rest were not really darker than a normal dark brown egg but they all had hundreds of dark brown spots. These are more of a spotted egg than they are a dark egg.

Should have a reddish or terra cotta tint to it. NOT Brown in color.

Welsummer eggs are not supposed to be chocolate colored, those would be Marans. Welsummer eggs should be a terra cotta color.
