Welsummers- Pullets or Roos?

I have 3 Welsummers who were supposed to be sexed as day olds as pullets but the are about 12/13 weeks and have these nice big reddish combs...Do you think I ended up with the males instead of the females or is this the way this breed looks at this age? (My first time with Welsummers) TIA!!

The coloring is definitely male and the enlarging combs and beginning pointy hackle and saddle feathers confirm the gender guess.

Just from someone who was hatching eggs (we have become friends lol) I think it was an honest mistake. I think it was the first time she had hatched them...she gave away the "roo" out of the same hatch lol I will probably keep one and try to sell the rest I guess and get a couple more "pullets" I guess I should have taken the "roo" also lol
