Welsummer or no?

I just received this handsome roo from a friend of a friend. He believed he bought Welsummers, but as you can see in the pics he doesn’t have the black chest.
Anyone have any ideas what breed he is?

It's only a guess. The build and coloring are similar, except the silvery white part is replaced by red/buff. The bird has white skin and one parent must have had white earlobes.

He's handsome whatever his parentage may be.
