Went and did it! Adopted a Donkey (pic)

I posted a couple of times about donkeys, wanting to get one. Well we did it! My dh found a 7 month old donkey at a rescue farm in MS. She was born there to a standard and a mammouth jack. She is already the size of her momma! Here is a picture, her name is Daisy!!!!

Edited: this is when we were going to put her in our holiday family photo for Christmas cards, not final pic of course!

I have 9.5 donkeys. I adore every one of them. Got one due in the spring (can't wait!!)

Being as it is gettign colder, they are getting the fluffy coats again, and they are so snuggly ya just want to go and hug em all the time.

Today we are getting 2 cashmere's and and 7 pigs... and my wife wants a donkey. I hope she doesn't see this post. Of course I will get her one anyway. Daisy is a beauty!

Thank you everyone! She is a sweetie!!!!

They only wanted $200 dollars for her. And when dh showed me the ad, well I emailed them for pics and we fell in love! They had never had time to work with her any and she has done everything we have wanted her to just within 2 days of her being here with us! Amazing to me and my dh.
