Went on a trip to the Philly Zoo- TONS of pics!

Well guys, yesterday I went on a trip to Philadelphia. Went to the US's oldest zoo. Which in turn would be the first zoo. Now I love animals... and I took a picture of just about everything. Here is a few (a lot) of pictures of what I saw at the zoo!

Female mallard with duckling- there were wild mallards and canadian geese running around everywhere, so I don't quite know if this was an actual mallard from the zoo or a wild one

Very cool! I didn't even know Philly had a zoo! How much did it cost to get in? I will have to go there one time.

It was paid for ahead of time. It is 17.95 for adults and 14.95 for children.

Cool pics! I have not been since I was a child and they had the zoo keys, or "zookies" as we called them. When they took them away i was so sad. I heard they brought them back. Since moving out of Philly to Lehigh Valley have not been there. My kids have never been there........

Awesome! We're going in a couple weeks, my youngest has never been there and the oldest was there about 8 years ago. My mom lives about 40 minutes from there, we are about 3 hours.

Wow, those are great pictures! I just went to the st. louis zoo with my husband for my 6th anniversary, and we took my daughter, son in law and grandson! It was great, I love the zoo! I loved looking at your pics... here are some of mine!!!

and the big dinosaur exibit.....my grandson was in dinosaur heaven!!!

That is really neat! Those are some beautiful animals!

I remember going to a mall in Lancaster once and they had huge dinosaurs that moved and roared. It was really neat!

the dinosaurs were great! My grandson was standing next to me while I posted these pictures, and every dinosaur I posted he was growling....and making dinosaur noises....he is so funny, and 5!
He loved looking at your pictures!!!!
