And here's what he just wrote me:

I am in receipt of your request.
I have forwarded your email, including your attachments, to the Chair of the Public Safety Committee and to the Police Chief and have asked that they place the matter on the May Public Safety Committee agenda for discussion.
You will be notified of the meeting date and time. They should be meeting on Thursday, May 9th, but the date/time is sometimes changed to schedule conflicts.
