Werid noises from hen

Hi so I have a growing hen she hasn't started laying eggs yet. But she is making some really weird noises. She seems to have a appetite, healthy poops and doesn't seem lethargic. Is she sick? Thank you for any help on this. This is a video of her noise:

I also have a bit of antibiotics for infections but am clueless on dosage.

I think she's getting close to lay and has a unique way of vocalizing it.

(BTW don't give antibiotics willy nilly, it's why they're dropping in effectiveness.)

I agree that she is getting close to laying. For the most part, weird vocalizations are not too much of a concern unless they sound painful and paired with labored/audible breathing.

She's just talking to you. I have one girl who talks every time I'm near her, the most annoying, grating noise. But, I'm a lunch lady so I'm used to annoying noises
