Western NY: Small silkie flock in need of new home

We are moving to the city and sadly, I can't take my flock of silkie hens and roos with us. I have 6 hens and 5 roos that range in age from 1 year to 5 years old. The original birds (of which I still have 3) came from Catdance Silkies in Washington State. Let me know if you are interested and can provide a good home for my feathered friends. Thank you!

I also live in NY, and we are currently getting a permit for our chickens. Are you allowed to have chickens with permits in the city you are moving to?

According to their website, they only allow dogs and cats to be posted. I was going to list a rooster, and it won't let me.

You should be able to list them on the birds or other section.

Hi Lauren...I'm not sure about hens-it's possible they may be allowed- but I would want to bring my roos too, and I know they are not allowed. Thanks for your reply! Good luck to you on your permit!
