I have 25 chickens and I need some help with my 2 month old Black Sex Link chicken whose rectum is not closing and it fills up with poop. I clean her once or twice a day and she isolated. I'd like to get her well and put her back outside so she can thrive.

Pasty butt??
Once you clean her butt up can you apply coconut oil or something similar to it so the poop won't continue to stick to it.
Have you treated for cocci yet?

Can you post a pic of her butt?
 
Vaseline might be better to use so it doesn't attract insects like oils. If she goes outside she is going to attract flies - and subsequent maggots - which you really DON'T WANT

I hope that the pasty butt clears up soon and your girl makes a full recovery.
