Wet cheek?

At first i just thought it was a splash of water but i have now noticed beep beeps cheek seems to be wet in the same small spot on a regular basis..he doesnt seem to have an injury of any kind which might cause it but i cant understand why he gets this patch so regularly? Any ideas?

After a while out of the water, does the area turn dry? I have never seen that in any of my Geese.

Yep Seem to turn dry and it doesn't seem to bother him but it seems odd to me that this spot always seems to have a wet patch. I'll try and get another pic from another date so I know i'm not going crazy

There’s a bit of a crease in his feathers just above, maybe water is seeping in easier right there and leaking down?

Try running your fingers through it, does it feel oily, or waterery?

Its just water, but here he is again today with the same wet patch....its not harming him its just really confusing me
