Wet chicken food

Yes, I moisten my chicken feed intentionally, they prefer it moist..
What they were cautioning against in this thread is moldy feed.
Many people actually ferment their moistened feed, but that's another subject....

Yes they can eat wet food that's what I've been giving my crippled chick and she eats it with gust. It's perfectly safe as long as it's not really old (2-3 days)

Our entire inside-the-shop and covered outside coop got flooded with an inch of water from a sudden fierce monsoon. The outside feed in the hanging hopper got soaked, even under the roof. I poured/scraped it all spread out on my kitchen counter and put a fan on it all night and am still drying it today. I'm hoping it won't have had time to develop mold?
