Hi, I'm new here... I have 3 runners- one drake and 2 females. I've been noticing lately that one of my females has been getting wet and not drying off properly. I've followed the wet feather instructions- washed her, blow dried her, limited pool/
Wet weather time. But she's looking a little dirty and wet again. She is also currently molting. Could this be due to molting?

Any advice is appreciated. Here's a photo of her prior to her bath, and one after. This was a few days ago. She's looking better than she was, but her feathers still aren't zipping properly.

a small amount of wet feather is normal during molt and will go away once they’re done molting
Thank you! I was suspecting this, just wasn't sure. It probably doesn't help that our amorous drake sits on her every time she's in the pool.
